Upper Calf Creek Falls
A turnoff from the Hogback on Hwy 12 brings you to the trailhead for Upper Calf Creek Falls. There's a lovely Lower Calf Creek Falls as well, but the campsite this summer was crawling with people and we wanted something a little less crowded. While not quite as spectacular, Upper Calf Creek was a fun way to cool off. The trail leads to the falls themselves, which at 90 feet is nothing to sneeze at. 
Above the falls are smaller cliffs, more suitable to jumping into the freezing water below.
No 4th of July fireworks due to the wildfires, but I barely noticed.
